FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES: We accept returns of unused/in new condition items with tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS: We accept returns of unused/in new condition items with tags attached for a full refund postmarked within 14 days from delivery*. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
If you would like to return any item(s) from your order, please email us at retail@peacefrogstravel.com *within 14 business days of receiving your shipment for a return authorization.
Once you have obtained a return authorization, please follow the guidelines below for returning your item(s):
* Postmark will be considered as the date of the return.
* Items postmarked after 14 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Place the return in the protective bag it came in inside the original manufacturer’s box.
* Peace Frogs Travel/Outfitters cannot be held responsible for damage to packaging due to return shipment.
* We cannot process a refund until we’ve inspected the condition of the returned item(s). once approved, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used to place the order and you’ll receive email confirmation.
* Please send your insured return with a shipper who provides tracking information to our address printed below.

WARRANTY
Most bags and luggage carry a Manufacturer's warranty. If your item has been used and you have noticed a manufacturer's defect, please contact us at retail@peacefrogstravel.com for warranty information for that particular manufacturer.
